What can I custom?
All of our products list in catalogue or similar ones to them are available to custom for importer, wholesaler, brand owner, retailer, online seller, organizer, or promotion company. Customers could custom everything for these products, from material, size, printing, style, color, logo, to final packing.
What is MOQ?
Different MOQ for different products and custom requirements, normally it will be lower to 10pcs for most of our products if no need special purchase of fabric or treatment. It is available even your quantity does not meet the MOQ. Our aim is to grow by helping our customer grow.
What is your main products?
Nearly all textile sports accessories, like skull cap, balaclava, headbands, cold hat, bandana, baseball caps, durag, sleeves, sleeping bonnets, neck gaiters, goggle cover, cleat cover, tote bag, apron, etc. All these goods are also very good to use as promotion give away gifts due to full custom, low cost, small volume low weight and fast production.
What is the custom process?
Demand collect — Design Prepare — Sampling — Sample Shipping — Production — Shipping
We will make production only after sample confirmed unless repeat orders.
Can I start if I only have logo file?
Yes, most customers just custom a logo, just make clear demand requirements like background color, logo size, logo position, etc by words.
Can you help with some simple design work?
Yes, we would be glad with some simple design work if we could.
Do you have suggestions on material, size or logo position, etc if we do not have quite clear understanding?
Sure, we would offer quite comprehensive suggestions based on our over 15 years custom experience, and our previous works.
How long is the sampling time?
It depends on requirements, it would be around 3-5 days for most of our products if it is full printed without special purchase or treatment.
How long is the sample shipping time if I request a sample shipping?
It will be around 7-10 days after you confirmed the sample is good to ship. We would recommend new customers to ship the sample for the initial cooperation with us to have a full understanding on material, size, styles, etc.
How long is the production time?
It depends on custom requirements and quantity, but normally it will be around 15-35 days for most of our products after sample confirmed.
How long is the delivery of production?
It depends on how to ship, most of our products are small and low weight, so most customers will prefer to ship by express if quantity is less than 2000pcs, shipping time is around 10-15 days.
For larger quantity orders we will suggest ship by sea which will be longer time to around 25-45 days.
